It’s Not Too Late to Bring in Business for 2015

Yep, the year is winding down and we’re in that all-important fourth quarter in which you will either achieve your sales goals for the year…or not. With that in mind, it’s not too late to secure some of the business that’s in your sales pipeline as well as plant those all-important seeds for 2016.

Here’s what you should start to do….today!

Mine the gold in your database and scoop up all of the dormant business that is there for the taking. If you don’t do it expect your competition to do it for you.

Cross and upsell your existing clients. Do you provide products and services that they are buying from someone else but could be buying from you?

Develop a special promotion to kick off the new year and generate interest and excitement.

Do a “gut check” with your existing clients and find out how you are doing. You might discover that there are some things that your clients would like to see changed.

Ask for referrals. Most salespeople don’t do this enough. Satisfied clients are usually more than happy to help in this way.
