Develop a 3rd Quarter Frame of Mind
Welcome to July, the beginning of the third quarter. Sure this is the time for sun, fun, picnics and vacation but it is also the time to take a serious look at where your business stands today and what you need to do for the rest of the year.
A close look at your numbers might indicate that all is going incredibly well and you are on target to meet or even exceed your 2015 goals. Terrific. The flip side is that an inspection of your numbers might show that you are lagging behind where you should be right now and at this pace you will fall short at year end.
There’s no cause for alarm (well, maybe just a little!) because it’s Q3 and there is lots of time to change things around. The key factor is knowing where you stand and recognizing that you MUST take action to set things right.
But there’s no time to waste either. Maybe it’s because I am getting older but the months seem to fly by ridiculously fast and almost before I know it the new year is looming ahead.
So let’s get started and if you feel that you could do better in this second half of the year, then some of these tactics might be right for you. Need any help—chat with me.
